Scope

These terms cover the use of the krijn.ai website. They do not cover the Krijn AI service itself. That is set out in a separate agreement between Krijn AI B.V. and your organisation, and where the two differ, that agreement applies.

Use of this website

You may browse this website to learn about Krijn AI. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute its content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Examples and estimates

The invoices, findings and figures shown on this website, and the output of the leakage calculator, are illustrative and invented for demonstration. They describe how the product works. They are not a forecast, a quote or a promise of results for any specific customer.

Intellectual property

The Krijn AI name, the logo and the content of this website belong to Krijn AI B.V. and may not be used without permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Krijn AI B.V. is not liable for any loss that results from using this website. This does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam.
